From Design Intent to Buildable Residential & Commercial Environments

Large-scale residential and commercial developments require more than good design — they demand precision, coordination, and technical discipline. At Design Forum International, I worked inside live project teams delivering execution-stage documentation for high-density housing, mixed-use podiums, parking structures, and public interface zones.

My work focused on converting architectural intent into coordinated, construction-ready drawings — from apartment layouts and vertical cores to circulation systems, parking planning, road edges, and regulation-driven detailing. Every package was produced within multi-disciplinary workflows where architectural, structural, and services inputs had to align before issue to site.

This experience represents the reality of how complex buildings get built — where spatial logic, compliance, constructability, and digital coordination come together to move projects from concept to execution at scale.
